About – Kamila Romaniak

HELLO

My name is Kamila Romaniak; I'm a visual designer interested in collaborating with people from all disciplines and creating meaningful work.

EXPERIENCE

As a freelance and corporate designer, I have experience in graphic design and illustration for print and web. For several years, I have also worked as a teacher. I'm based in Warsaw, Poland, currently working at Macmillan Education where I coordinate the research and creation of design concepts and contribute to establishing comprehensive brands for global ELT projects.

ABOUT ME

I've been trying to balance functionality and aesthetics, experiment with creative styles to find that one unique voice (I still haven't found it!), or figure out who's more fabulous... The Beatles or The Rolling Stones.

I figured out one thing for sure - there's no point in arguing about which band is more rock and roll. As for the rest, I'm seeking answers in UI and UX good practices.
